Spring is around the corner but we are still drifting between 5C and 10C. Sometimes the sun shines. Other times gloomy clouds hovers above.
The weather in the Netherlands is unpredictable, it can change in a split second. The other day while driving on the highway, I enjoyed a brief sunshine with blue skies—ahhh nice. The next minute I was slicing through a thick fog. Huh—where did that fog come from?!
I still have some delayed blog entries but I am not in the mood to post lots of pictures. So I leave you with a rooftop view of Utrecht from La Place restaurant of V&D in Utrecht.

One typically gloomy afternoon in Utrecht. That is the Dom Tower in the middle, the famous landmark of the city.
If you want some fast, with good variety and not so expensive food in Utrecht with great views, think of La Place restaurant at V&D. They have a big branch on the rooftop of the department store. You have many choices where to sit with a view, and during summer the balcony is open, a great place for viewing the city from above.
If I may add, they have nice make-your-own salads as well, with Italian style vegetables such as grilled aubergine, courgette and paprikas doused in olive oil.
